We are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, and business performance analysis. This position offers the opportunity to partner with leadership and influence strategic financial decisions while supporting a growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
• Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives
• Monitor operational KPIs and profitability metrics
• Manage fixed asset accounting throughout the asset lifecycle
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Improve accounting processes, reporting automation, and internal controls
• Reconcile accounting data across multiple systems, including QuickBooks Online

What We're Looking For

? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
? 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
? Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, financial modeling)
? Experience with financial reporting and month-end close
? Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting controls
? Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
? Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

? Preferred:

• CPA designation
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding, or related industries
